Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days.

Shipments do not occur on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders we will contact you to let you know the expected ship date.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

For many items, shipping is FREE. For others such as filled pillows and P.P.E, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Delivery dates are estimated based on the carrier chosen at checkout and therefore can not be guaranteed. Unexpected delays may occur at any time; we will contact you in the event of an unexpected delay to notify you of the new expected delivery date or to see how best we can accommodate you.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are accepted as long as the address can be verified during checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipment confirmation and tracking number are provided upon shipment through our website or using the SHOP app on your mobile device.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Pure Home LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Any taxes collected during checkout will be remitted to the proper authorities either automatically through the payment processor or manually at the end of each quarterly accounting period.

Damages

Pure Home LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim; We will do our best to work with you to process your claim and find a solution.

International Shipping Policy

Please see international shipping options during checkout for specific information such as which countries we ship to and which services we use to do so.

Returns Policy

Returns are offered for most product categories within 30 days of order delivery. Returns must be authorized from our customer service team before initiating the return shipping; once the item is received, we will inspect it and process your refund to the payment method used at checkout. Item categories such as Safety supplies which includes face masks, are not eligible for returns. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If a replacement is the preferred solution, we will cover the shipping costs associated with shipping the replacement to you.
